By accessing or using PS5 Restock India ("the Service"), available at ps5restock.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PS5 Restock India ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

PS5 Restock India provides the following services free of charge:

  • Stock Availability Tracking: Real-time monitoring of PlayStation 5 console availability across verified Indian retailers including Amazon India, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, ShopAtSC, and Vijay Sales.
  • Price Comparison: Comparative pricing information across multiple retailers, including historical price data and deal tracking.
  • Restock Notifications: Browser-based push notifications for stock availability changes (opt-in required).
  • Community Reporting: User-submitted stock sighting reports and community verification tools.
  • Content & Guides: Buying guides, retailer reviews, and informational content related to PS5 purchasing in India.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of stock or pricing information displayed.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or spam stock reports through the community feed.
  • Introduce malicious content, viruses, scripts, or harmful code through any input mechanism.
  • Attempt automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
  • Engage in affiliate link manipulation, click fraud, or any activity designed to artificially inflate affiliate commissions.
  • Impersonate other users, retailers, or Sony Interactive Entertainment.
  • Use the Service to engage in scalping activities, including using stock data to purchase consoles for resale above MSRP.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Overload our infrastructure through excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use the Service to collect personal data about other users.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service without notice.

4. Affiliate Links & Advertising Disclosure

PS5 Restock India participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means:

  • Links to retailers (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, etc.) on our site may contain affiliate tracking parameters. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
  • We are a participant in the Amazon Associates Program (Tag: samarsamant06-21), the Flipkart Affiliate Program, and the Cuelinks affiliate network.
  • Affiliate relationships do not influence our stock tracking data, pricing information, or editorial content. Our tracking methodology is fully independent.
  • We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Ad content is served by Google and may be personalized based on your browsing history (subject to your cookie consent preferences).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PS5 Restock India, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of PS5 Restock India or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

"PlayStation," "PS5," "DualSense," and related marks are registered trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. All other product and retailer names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these marks on our site is for informational and identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit stock reports, ratings, or other content through our community features:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your submitted content within the Service.
  • You represent that your submissions are truthful and do not violate any third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to display any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted stock reports. Community reports should be treated as unverified tips.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

  • Stock availability or pricing data will be accurate, complete, or current at all times.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • You will be able to purchase a PS5 console based on information provided by the Service.
  • Prices displayed will match the actual prices at the time of your purchase from a retailer.

Prices, stock status, and offers are sourced from third-party retailers and may change without notice. Always verify pricing directly on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PS5 RESTOCK INDIA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any inaccurate stock, pricing, or deal information displayed.
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any purchases made through affiliate links on external retailer websites.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services (retailers, payment gateways, etc.) that are not owned or controlled by PS5 Restock India. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

10. Push Notification Terms

By enabling push notifications through your browser:

  • You consent to receive stock availability alerts and occasional service updates.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by revoking notification permissions in your browser settings or through our notification management interface.
  • We will not send more than a reasonable number of notifications per day (typically 1-5 during active restock events).
  • We will not sell or share your push subscription data with third parties.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
